THIS IS A TOSHIBA M45-S265 LAP TOP. IT WAS WORKING GREAT. MY GIRLS LET THE POWER DRAIN OUT, WHEN I TRIED TO RESTART IT, IT STAYS CIRCULATING THROUGH THE SAFE MODE. I VE TRIED TAKING BATTERY OUT, CONTROL ALT DLT, AND NO LUCK. THE SCREEN ALSO HAS A SPIDER CRACK IN THE INSIDE. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY BIDDING.
